Vic: Man appears in court over shooting

MELBOURNE, April 12 AAP - A 23-year-old man accused of shooting another man during
a dispute on a St Kilda street in March appeared briefly in Melbourne Magistrates Court
today.

Glenn Kilgower, of Frankston, is facing 10 charges, including attempted murder, over
the incident in Acland Street on March 9.

A 33-year-old NSW man was shot in the chest after he and his two brothers argued with
two men in the street about 1.40am.

The wounded man was released from hospital a week later and returned to NSW, a police
spokesman said today.

Kilgower made no application for bail and was remanded in custody to reappear on June 25.
